Open: Unhandicapped – open to all skill levels beginner through professional Handicapped: Open to all skill levels, but handicapped Restricted: Restricted by skill level or player profile (i.e. women-only, juniors only, Fargo 450 and under) Provide additional information in the format/handicap notes field.

Select the size of the participant group. Provide additional details regarding teams in the Match notes.

Select the game type. For multi-discipline formats, provide additional information in the Match notes.

If free practice time is available before the event starts, enter the start time for practice.

Include any additional details about match scoring, format, game mix, etc.

Enter any additional information players should know about the event schedule. eg. if start times are different for multi day events, practice time, early doors opening times, additional tentative dates for finals if the event goes into overtime, etc.

Include specific information for any handicapped or restricted skill level events.

Include any special instructions for the venue – eg. parking instructions, opening hours, or membership requirements.

Add any additional event notes that do not fit into previous note categories. eg. payout structure, charity donations, sponsors, house rules
