Question for the high-level players and coaches

I've been on a mission to perfect my fundamentals as much as humanly possible. I've come a long way, and my consistency has improved significantly, but there's a problem I just can't seem to solve:

When I'm down on the shot line for a long straight, with my cue and both balls lined up perfectly with the pocket, perfect center ball looks like a touch of left with both eyes open. With my left eye closed, everything looks absolutely perfect, so I know it's just perception. Also, from that position, I can hit a dead perfect stop shot. So I know 100% that it's correct

If I adjust my position to where perfect center ball looks correct, the shot looks off, but I can still hit a perfect stop shot and drill it center-pocket. If I adjust my position to where *everything* looks perfect, a straight stroke gives a small amount of right spin even though the cueball stops dead, and the OB is thrown to the left. Enough to miss when the OB is center table, but not from 2 diamonds (Mighty X)

So my question is: Do I just get used to the way center ball looks like a touch of left? Or is there another way to fix this?
